Description
Where is the pilot!? It looks like an Air Traffic Control Assisted Landing is needed!
This is a fun challenge and a great way to test your knowledge.
You may have many hours in your at home simulator or a fixed base semi-professional set-up … now is your chance to test yourself as you are set up 10,000ft in the air and 10 minutes away from the airport! Your pilot instructor will sit back and give you directions on how to land the plane … just as ATC (Air Traffic Control) would if you were suddenly found in control of a commercial airliner!
You will descend to an appropriate height, drop your landing gear, reduce speed and see just how buttery smooth you can make that landing.
Quite obviously, this doesn’t happen all that often. It is just a test of your skills and not to be considered formal training.
This was a request by a previous customer and they had so much fun that we felt the Air Traffic Control Assisted Landing needed adding to the list of challenges you can take on!
It is a lot of fun … quite taxing and altogether a really rewarding experience to do during your booked time.
